Config Consultants drove the conversion from Salesforce.com to the Oracle Sales Cloud for our company. We were not leveraging CRM effectively, with low user adoption and much of the functionality going unused with Salesforce. Our expiring Salesforce contract allowed us to take a step back and reevaluate our strategy. We worked with our implementation partner Config Consultants to put together a plan to put CRM on the road to becoming a strength for Pride Mobility in the future. We were under a tight timeline for implementation and were able to stand up Sales Cloud, migrate our data, train business users and begin execution of our new strategy in 15 weeks from start to finish. We continue to move forward with new ways of using Sales Cloud, including clean integration points with external data, maximizing web-to-lead opportunities and usage of the Sales Cloud Outlook connector. We accomplished all of this and it still resulted in a cost savings to the company.
